We will do our best to provide a minimum 24-hour notice regarding any potential interviews (telephone or face-to-face). If you need to cancel or postpone an interview for any reason, call Windsor Executive Search immediately so we can inform the hiring authority.

After every interview we expect a call at your earliest opportunity with your feedback and your interest in moving to the next step with the client. If you would like to withdraw yourself as a candidate following an interview, please inform us right away. This will not affect your working relationship with us! Windsor Executive Search wants to make sure we find THE RIGHT opportunity for you, as well as for our client.

You will get a call from us as soon as we get feedback from our client. This is normally within 48 hours. At this time we will discuss any other potential interviews or offers you have with other companies, and will ask you to rank them as to your level of interest. Again, we can take you out of the process at any time. It is very important to us not to misuse your time or our client's time.

If you are excited about the opportunity and our client wants to go to the next step, we will set up the next step/interview and move forward together.
