Accomplished, energetic, workaholic. Often working up a storm at the offices of Windsor Executive Search. Or - just as often - working from her old New Hampshire farmhouse, son on one knee, laptop on the other. Phone in the left hand, gardening trowel in the right. Maybe stopping to run an errand or two during the day with her two black labs in tow. The usual. Well, maybe someday it will be usual.

For the time being, Steffani is something of a pioneer in the world of Senior Housing employment, successfully integrating four full-time careers - as a seasoned Head Hunter for Windsor Executive Search, founder of SeniorHousingJobs.com, and co-founder of JobsinMWV.com and as a mother.

Steffani's background started in the food and hospitality industry. As a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America), and armed with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Steffani set out on a career as a Chef. Living in Morristown, NJ and working as the Test Kitchen Coordinator and Ast. Food Photographer for Art Culinaire Magazine, Steffani had the fortune of frequent travel. In 1995, on a photo shoot in Scottsdale, Arizona, Steffani fell in love with the Southwest and decided she wanted to pack up her Harley, all her belongings, and move to Scottsdale. Interviewing for a job through a very successful recruiting firm, Steffani was recruited to become a recruiter in the LTC industry. "It was my original plan to just learn the basics of recruiting, then I would start a Culinary/Hospitality division for them." It didn't quite work out that way. Twelve years later, Steffani is still a Recruiting Diva, still working in the healthcare arena.

In 2000, Steffani left the "dry heat" of Arizona, and headed East to New Hampshire where she started Windsor Executive Search, a boutique search firm dedicated to the Senior Housing industry. In August, 2003 Steffani had a dream. She woke up in the middle of the night to write something down in her journal by the nightstand and went back to sleep. The next morning, Steffani awoke to the words senior, housing, and jobs. Later that day SeniorHousingJobs.com was officially started. No grass growing under her feet.

In 2006 Steffani, along with her husband, started JobsinMWV.com, a local Internet job board for the Mt. Washington Valley (NH). Steffani is on the board of the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce and is the Effervescent Chair of the Mt. Washington Valley Young Professionals.

Of course, she takes time for more important things, like her 10 year-old daughter and 7 year-old son, her husband, gardening, reading and lots of home improvements. The yin and yang spirit apparently prevails in many areas of Steffani's life: "My husband," she explains, "is a calm soul, completely relaxed - the opposite of me."

Ah, Balance.

Karin has worked in executive recruitment since the early 90's. She was Vice President of a large American franchise organization, where she focused on developing new business areas. Being half Swedish, she decided to live closer to her large family and relocated to Sweden. Building a strong network in Scandinavia has been a fun challenge for Karin, who enjoys making new contacts on a daily basis. She has excelled in the executive search business in two continents, always driven by the desire to find the right person for the right company.

Karin has a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications and Art from Willamette University, and began her career in Marketing and Sales. She was a Sales Manager and entrepreneur before finding her niche in executive search. Karin has had the opportunity to travel to over 20 different countries and extensively throughout the US. This has given her a good perspective on the global marketplace and a depth of understanding and valuing people from differing cultures.

Karin is dedicated to her children and family, enjoys spending time reading, painting, skiing, and dancing salsa.

Sergio has had an international career, having worked in both Sweden and Spain. Since 1993, he has worked with strategic human competence issues and business development with a large international staffing firm, and was one of the founders of an international e-recruitment company. Working in executive recruitment has been a natural progression in Sergio's career, as he is a person who develops his business on building long-term relationships.

Sergio has a Bachelor of Science in Economy from Uppsala University in Sweden. Early in his working life, Sergio worked in banking and facilities management. Sergio was a competitive swimmer in Europe, and continues to stay fit by working out regularly. He likes to spend time with his children, traveling and being outdoors. He was born and raised in Spain, has Italian and German parents, and has lived his entire adult life in Sweden. Sergio has a truly European perspective.
